Termination

We may suspend access for abusive behavior, credential sharing beyond your license, or attempts to disrupt live sessions. You may stop using the service at any time; prepaid fees follow the Refund Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere, except where mandatory consumer protections apply to you personally.

Courts in Seoul have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless another forum is mandatory for your consumer status. We consider good-faith mediation before filing where practical. Where feasible we provide written notice and a short cure period for non-malicious breaches. Immediate suspension applies for illegal activity or harassment.

Liability

We provide education, not operational outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted, indirect and consequential damages are excluded. Our aggregate liability for direct damages caps at the tuition you paid us for the affected cohort.

Liability and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. We are not liable for losses arising from device theft at your side.

User Obligations

You agree not to scrape course videos, not to redistribute workbooks, and not to impersonate instructors. You will respect other learners in chat and live sessions.

User obligations academic integrity

Collaboration is encouraged where assignments permit it; copying submissions where solo work is required violates the agreement and may remove certification language from your completion record.

Service Description

SprintFoundry Academy offers product management education for tech teams through cohorts, async materials, and team packages described on each course page. Features may evolve between cohorts; we note material changes in release notes.

IP

We retain intellectual property in curricula, templates, and branding. You receive a limited license to use materials during enrollment and for personal reference afterward unless a license says otherwise.

IP and feedback

Suggestions you volunteer may be used without royalty unless we sign a separate written agreement stating otherwise.

IP and schedule changes

We may update schedules for instructor illness or venue issues. Equivalent substitutions maintain learning objectives without eroding stated learning outcomes.

Acceptance

By purchasing, enrolling, or using the site beyond casual browsing, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

Acceptance for minors

Guardians must complete enrollment agreements for learners under the age of majority in their region. We may request guardian contact verification before releasing credentials.
