Do prices include live facilitation for every module?
Some tracks blend async video with live studios; others are async-first. Each course page lists what is synchronous. We do not promise live access where the page marks a module as self-paced only.
Can my whole squad share one enrollment?
Individual licenses cover one seat unless you purchase a team path. Shared logins violate the User Agreement and may pause access while we restore account security.
How quickly do you answer operational emails?
We aim for two business days for routing questions and five business days for complex syllabus requests. Peak cohort weeks may add a short delay; we post notices on the dashboard when that happens.
Is certification recognized externally?
We issue a completion note describing hours and projects. It is not a university credential and not aligned to external reviewer programs unless explicitly stated on a partner track.
What is not included in tuition?
Software licenses for third-party tools, travel, hardware, and paid community platforms are excluded. Workbooks are digital unless a corporate order specifies printed binders.
Can I download videos offline?
Offline download is disabled to protect curriculum integrity. You may stream during enrollment windows tied to your cohort dates.
I am a designer transitioning to PM—is there a recommended sequence?
Start with Story Craft for Builders, then Discovery Signals Lab. If you already run ceremonies, swap order and begin with Alignment Without Theater.
Do you offer enterprise markets onboarding?
We provide team paths with shared kickoff workshops. Procurement-ready paperwork is available after a scoping call; we do not embed full-time staff inside your office.
What is an honest limitation of the async tracks?
Async tracks depend on your discipline to submit exercises. If no one on your team can offer critique, you will progress slower. We recommend pairing with a peer inside your company.
Are refunds automatic after the first live session?
No. Attendance triggers partial refund rules described in the Refund Policy. Read the eligibility table before you join a cohort with live components.
