Retention

We retain contact form submissions for twenty-four months to reference prior conversations about enrollments. Billing references, when present, follow the retention table agreed with our processor. You may request deletion earlier unless a dispute is open.

Learning analytics tied to your account ID are rotated to coarse aggregates after the cohort ends unless you purchase extended access that requires continued personalization.

Retention detail

Backups may persist longer in encrypted archives. Restoration tests verify that deleted records do not reappear in active systems. If a restore event reintroduces stale data, we run a reconciliation pass.

Rights

Depending on your relationship with our Korea-based operations, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. We verify requests to prevent takeover attacks. Families should contact us through a guardian email for minors’ accounts.

We describe each right in practical steps without burying them behind legalese. If we cannot honor a request, we explain why with references to applicable statutes at a high level.

Rights portability and objections

Where portability applies, we provide structured exports of data you supplied directly. Objections to certain processing may limit personalization features but will not remove access you already paid for until the end of the paid window unless law requires otherwise.

Contact

The data controller for this site is SprintFoundry Academy, reachable at the postal address on the Contact page. For privacy complaints, mark your subject Privacy complaint so we can escalate appropriately.

Submit requests to contact@super-flow.one. We may ask for a signed statement if fraud risk is elevated. We do not charge for the first two requests per year unless they are manifestly excessive. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Korea Personal Information Protection Commission or seek counsel. We cooperate in good faith with competent regulators.

Scope

This notice covers visitors to super-flow.one, applicants to programs, and enrolled learners. It does not cover employers who purchase team seats beyond what their order paperwork already defines; those relationships follow the enterprise agreement.

Scope exclusions

Community spaces we do not host are out of scope. Links to external reviewers or partners are governed by their own notices once you leave our domain.

Data Collected

We collect identifiers you type into forms, device metadata such as browser version, and coarse location inferred from IP for fraud screening. Lesson interactions may generate timestamps tied to your account during cohorts.

We avoid collecting government identifiers unless a specific program requires them for certification partners; such collection is disclosed at the point of collection.

Data collected integrity

We hash passwords where accounts exist, encrypt backups at rest, and restrict production access through role-based controls reviewed quarterly. Incident records are kept when we detect misconfiguration or abuse attempts.

Third Parties

Email delivery and helpdesk tooling may process contact details under processor agreements. We require subprocessors to offer deletion pathways and to notify us of incidents within contractually defined windows.

An internal owner updates the subprocessor list when contracts change. Learners see major changes summarized in release notes emails where appropriate. Forms use required-field markers sparingly. Optional fields are truly optional. Analytics events avoid free-text payloads that could accidentally contain secrets pasted from clipboards.

Use of Data

We use data to operate sessions, improve syllabi, and detect abuse. We do not sell personal data. Marketing emails require a separate opt-in where law demands it.

Use of data for research

Aggregated research on completion patterns may be published without identifiers. Any publication mentioning quotes is scrubbed or authorized explicitly by the speaker.

Cookie Preferences

Contact

If you have questions about how SprintFoundry Academy stores cookie preferences, email contact@super-flow.one with the subject line Cookie inquiry. We route operational questions to our learner success desk and route technical incidents to our infrastructure partner within two business days.

You may also write to our postal address listed on the Contact page. Include your browser name and version if you are troubleshooting a preference that will not save. We respond in plain language without asking for sensitive identifiers beyond what is needed to diagnose the issue.

Contact follow-up expectations

We acknowledge receipt of cookie-related requests within five business days. Complex investigations that require log correlation may take longer; we will provide a dated plan if that happens. We do not charge fees for preference changes or deletion of non-essential cookies we control.

Consent

Essential cookies load to keep sessions stable and to remember your theme choice. Analytics cookies load only after you choose Allow on the banner. Rejecting analytics does not remove essential cookies required for core navigation.

Consent records are stored with a timestamp and coarse region derived from your browser clock. We do not sell consent logs. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie Preferences linked in the footer.

Consent records

We retain consent decisions for twelve months to demonstrate good-faith compliance with Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act as interpreted for typical education sites. After that window, identifiers are rotated or removed while aggregate counts may remain for capacity planning.

Categories

We group cookies into essential, preference, analytics, and support diagnostics. Essential cookies include session continuity and load balancing tokens. Preference cookies remember reduced-motion choices when you opt in. Analytics cookies help us see which syllabus pages are confusing.

Support diagnostics fire only when you submit a bug report and explicitly attach diagnostic consent. Those cookies expire within seventy-two hours unless an open ticket requires extension.

Categories detail

We publish a short table on this page listing sample cookie names, purpose, and typical duration. Names may rotate for security; purposes remain stable. If a third-party tool adds a new category, we update this page before enabling the tool in production.

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They let our static site remember choices between pages. They are not executable programs and cannot read unrelated files on your machine.

Local storage may also be used for theme and cookie consent because it improves reliability on slow networks. The same privacy promises apply to those entries.

What cookies cannot do

Cookies cannot grant us access to passwords you type into other sites. They cannot see your clipboard. If you share a device, anyone with device access can see sites you visited; use private browsing where appropriate.

Preferences

You can reopen Cookie Preferences from the footer to toggle analytics. Your choice persists in local storage under a site-specific key. Clearing browser storage resets the banner so you can decide again deliberately.

Reduced motion respects system settings even without cookies. High-contrast mode inherits from your operating system where supported.

Preferences accessibility

Banner controls are reachable by keyboard and expose aria labels that describe each action. Screen reader announcements describe whether analytics is on or off after a change. If you encounter a barrier, email us so we can patch the template.

Third Parties

We may load fonts and assets from our own domain only. If we ever enable a video host or helpdesk widget, that vendor receives only the data their embed requires. We list those vendors here with links to their policies when activated.

Today, our production build avoids external media hosts in HTML. Third-party cookies should therefore be rare. If you observe unexpected third-party cookies, report them; that signals a misconfiguration we will fix.

Third party review cadence

We review subprocessors quarterly. Review notes live in our internal activity log and summarize changes in plain language here when they affect learners. Major changes trigger a fresh consent prompt where required by law.

Refund Policy

Eligibility

Digital cohort materials unlock on the start date. If you withdraw within fourteen days of purchase before materials unlock, you are generally eligible for a full refund of tuition paid to us directly.

Corporate invoices follow the payment terms in the signed order form and may modify eligibility; those terms supersede this page when they explicitly address refunds.

Eligibility edge cases

If you attended more than twenty percent of live sessions or downloaded restricted assets, partial refunds may apply per the table in the process section.

Scope

This policy covers tuition for SprintFoundry Academy courses listed on this site. It does not cover travel, hardware, or third-party exam fees you purchase elsewhere.

Scope of fees

Government levies shown on invoices are passed through where required. Refund totals reference tuition lines only unless law mandates otherwise.

Timeframe

Approved refunds post within fourteen business days to the original method when possible. Cross-border transfers may take longer depending on intermediary banks.

Timeframe tracking

We send a confirmation email with a reference code when a refund is initiated. If you do not see funds after three weeks, contact us with that code.

Contact

Email contact@super-flow.one with Refund request in the subject. Include your order identifier and cohort name. Phone support can describe the process but cannot approve refunds without a written trail.

Contact evidence

Screenshots are helpful but not mandatory. We rely on internal attendance logs for cohort participation thresholds.

Exceptions

Scholarship seats and promotional bundles may be non-refundable after acceptance. Bespoke workshops with calendar holds become partially non-refundable once external reviewers approve materials.

Exceptions appeals

Hardship appeals are reviewed by a two-person committee. Decisions are final for a given cohort cycle but do not block you from applying to future cohorts.

Process

Submit a request, receive acknowledgement, receive decision, receive payout. If we need more information we pause the clock until you respond.

Process disputes

If a card issuer initiates a chargeback, we pause duplicate payouts until the network resolves the case. We cooperate with good-faith evidence packets.
