FAQ

Is this for people managers only?

No. Individual contributors who lead initiatives will get the most from weeks two through five. Pure people managers may find week one remedial.

What is out of scope?

Executive negotiation with boards, union contexts, and HR policy design are not covered.

Time commitment?

About eight hours weekly including role plays. Missing two live sessions means you repeat the module before certification language appears on your completion note.
