FAQ
Minimum data volume?
Helpful to have at least five hundred weekly actives, but we include small-sample guidance for earlier-stage products.
What we will not do?
We do not implement tracking code, set up warehouses, or certify numbers for external reviewers.
Honest gap?
If leadership demands single-number KPIs, parts of the course will feel confrontational. That tension is intentional.
Experience notes
“Operational definitions doc stopped our weekly arguments about activation. Peer review swap surfaced two sloppy event names.”
