FAQ
Is this therapy for teams?
No. We teach operational communication mechanics. Deep culture work belongs with HR partners or coaches outside SprintFoundry.
What if my leadership refuses pre-reads?
You will practice shortened briefings and live recap tactics. We also include a limitation disclosure: some cultures resist async discipline; progress may be incremental.
Materials language?
English workbooks with Korea-local examples where helpful. Live sessions run in English by default.
Experience notes
“The decision log template is now default in Notion. Voice memo swaps felt vulnerable at first but accelerated trust.”
“Short, sharp, occasionally uncomfortable—in a useful way.”
